No Return – Only Replacement Policy

We follow a No Return, Only Replacement policy. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

All products listed on www.pgxpitstop.com are governed by this replacement policy. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.


Eligibility for Replacement

In the event that you receive damaged goods, an incorrect size, or a wrong product specification, we offer replacement only. No refunds will be issued under any condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a complete unboxing video of the parcel clearly showing the issue.


Conditions for Replacement

  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition at delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Damaged or defective products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories.

  • All replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for replacement.
